You Can Pass Math is a one-on-one online math tutoring service operated by Deb White, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Students of all ages — from elementary school through adult learners — receive live tutoring sessions via video call.

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), which protects the online privacy of children under 13. This section describes our practices specifically for those users.
Children under 18 may not create their own accounts. A parent or guardian must create the account, provide contact information, and manage all bookings and billing. Students under 13 never directly submit personal information to this Site.
When a parent or guardian books sessions for a child under 13, we collect:
We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver effective tutoring. We do notcollect a child’s email address, phone number, physical address, or any other contact information directly from the child.
By creating a parent/guardian account and booking a session for a child under 13, the parent or guardian provides verifiable parental consent for us to collect and use the child’s limited information as described above. We do not engage in any additional collection beyond what is listed here without renewed consent.
A child’s name, grade level, and any notes are used solely to provide tutoring sessions. We do not use this information for marketing, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or use it in any way unrelated to delivering the tutoring service.

Live tutoring sessions are conducted via Daily.co video. The parent or guardian consents to the use of this video platform when booking. Sessions are not recorded by us. Please review Daily.co’s Privacy Policy for their data practices during video calls.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information: all data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext, payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers, and database access is protected by row-level security policies. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect the information entrusted to us.
The Site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies before providing personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify users by email. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
