These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of youcanpassmath.com(the “Site”) and the tutoring services provided by Deb White (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or booking a session, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing the Site or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book any sessions.
If you are booking on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms on the child’s behalf.
You Can Pass Math is a private, one-on-one online math tutoring service operated by Deb White from Las Vegas, Nevada. Sessions are conducted live over video call. The service is available to students of all ages — from elementary school through adult learners — as well as to parents and guardians booking on a student’s behalf.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any person at any time, at our sole discretion.
To book a paid session you must create an account. When you do:
Sessions are confirmed only after payment is received in full (or, for free intro calls, after the booking is submitted). You will receive a confirmation email with the session details and a link to join the video room.
To cancel or reschedule, log in to your dashboard or email info@youcanpassmath.com.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a confirmed session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or a reschedule at your choice.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change — any change will apply to sessions booked after the change takes effect, not to sessions already confirmed.
Refunds for eligible cancellations (see Section 4) will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your card issuer.
All participants are expected to behave respectfully during sessions. We reserve the right to end a session immediately and without refund if a participant:
Sessions are conducted over video using Daily.co. By joining a session you agree to Daily.co’s Terms of Service.
All content on the Site — including text, session materials, course notes, and resources written by Deb White — is owned by or licensed to You Can Pass Math. You may use it for your own personal learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any content without our express written permission.
The Site and services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Tutoring is an educational support service — we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or grades.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by emailing us at info@youcanpassmath.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Sections 7 and 8 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
